Q: How long does a test take?
A: Samples received by noon are typically reported by noon the next business day.
 
Q: ​Can I send unfinished or cloudy samples?
Yes. Please include notes about sugar additions or target ABV for context.

Q: Do you test for other metrics (sugar, pH, etc.)?
Currently, our focus is ABV and density, but we’re expanding our capabilities soon.

Q: Do I need to pay before sending samples?
Subscribers can send samples anytime. Pay-as-you-go clients should email first.
